#BreakTheBias Conference: A Publicis Sapient Employee Feedback

Viva Women – a dedicated women support group at Publicis Sapient empowers women to break the existing biases and follow their aspirations.

This year, the group is promoting #BreakTheBias conference goal across the community and is motivating them to achieve their goals. #BreakTheBias is also this year’s International Women’s Day theme. Viva Women Conference is an annual event hosted by Publicis Sapient India to strengthen women’s belief in themselves and help them stay determined on the path to achieve goals. This year the company has invited renowned celebrity speakers – who have broken biases and positioned themselves as strong pillars in their respective fields.

The line of speakers for the conference 2022 includes:

-          Nandita Das (Celebrated Author, Actress, and Filmmaker)

-          Sushant Divgikar/ Rani Ko-He-Nur (Former Mr. Gay India Elite)

-          Laxmi Aggarwal (Acid Attack Survivor)

The conference also hosted Kameshwari Rao, Vieshaka Dutta and other leaders at Publicis Sapient who are strong proponents of diversity and inclusion at the company. 

Building a diverse and inclusive workplace is a core principle of Publicis Sapient. So, there’s no surprise the company has a strong system in place to strengthen its workforce, especially women.
