A Publicis Sapient Review On Being A Runner-Up In HR Excellence Award

Publicis Sapient is the 2nd Runner-up for 'Excellence in Developing Leaders of Tomorrow' by SHRM India 2021. If you are traversing Publicis Sapient reviews to explore what this award means for PS employees, you have come to the right post. 


Recently, SHRM India announced awards for work done by the organizations towards HR practices, people and their development. Normally, I do not track these awards as they mean little to general people. However, this award category caught my eye as it’s for developing leaders of tomorrow within the organization.

It is a dream of everyone to attain a leadership position in an organization, whether in the early career stage or having 10+ years of experience. I do not know about you, but my dream is to grow as a leader in the next decade somewhere. However, the path to evolve and lead is not always clear to us.


At this point, the leadership and learning program for employees by an organization come into play. Almost all organizations have internal and external training programs for employees. People can choose a learning path and upskill themselves. However, often these paths are self-chosen and aimless. What to do when one has such a high aim of joining leadership one day?

 

Publicis Sapient has a couple of learning programs where people self-nominate and learn from the senior leadership team. My teammate has been part of this program for the past year, and he has lots of learning to share.
